• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating drafting, fabrication, finishing, and field installation timelines.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure the timely ordering of long-lead items and specialty materials.
• Collaborate with drafting, engineering, and production teams to clarify scope and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain professional and proactive communication to resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
• Review, coordinate, and submit shop drawings, material samples, and finish mock-ups.
