About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our millwork team specializing in custom fabrication and installation for restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of millwork projects—from estimating and planning to production, delivery, and installation—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in millwork, construction, or related woodworking industries (hospitality experience preferred).
• Knowledge of restaurant and hotel construction processes, ADA requirements, and hospitality design standards preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD/Bluebeam (a plus), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication processes, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant and hotel construction processes, ADA requirements, and hospitality design standards preferred.
• AutoCAD/Bluebeam (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, track costs, and issue change orders as required.
• Manage multiple millwork projects simultaneously, from project award through closeout.
• Conduct site visits to verify field conditions, take measurements, and coordinate installation logistics.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate with shop production, & monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all safety standards and company procedures are followed during production and installation.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to confirm scope, materials, and finishes.
• Communicate with clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the millwork shop team (designers, engineers, fabricators, and installers) to ensure quality and accuracy.
