About The Position

Origin Design is a full-service professional design firm offering architecture, engineering, field services, and land survey. The Senior Project Manager – Land Development joins a team of Engineers, Design Engineers, and CAD Technicians to deliver land development projects for commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional clients. The role provides project direction, technical guidance, and mentorship while fostering collaboration and professional growth across the team.

The position is based in Dubuque or Davenport, Iowa. Responsibilities span project leadership and delivery, client relationship management, technical oversight, financial management, business development, staff development, regulatory and agency coordination, and strategic responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering and land development design.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary land development projects.
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use, and/or institutional development projects.
• Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams.
