About The Position

Within FOX Entertainment’s Creative Advertising Group, the Visual Innovation Studio (VIS) is an in-house design agency that supports FOX marketing efforts. The VIS Digital team creates awareness and interest for new and returning FOX shows and cultivates and expands audiences across social and digital platforms. The VIS Digital Senior Project Manager leads high-impact digital projects from inception through completion, including social ideation, content creation, augmented reality, AI, and digital experiential initiatives, primarily supporting FOX shows and initiatives across social platforms. The role partners closely with Motion Graphics Artists, Creative Directors, and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the VIS team’s creative standards. Regular on-site attendance at the workplace for at least four days per week is an essential function, and the selected candidate must reliably meet this requirement.

Requirements

At least 5 years of project management experience.
Experience managing complex digital, social, creative, or marketing projects from inception through final delivery.
Experience working with Motion Graphics Designers, Creative Directors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting timelines, and evolving stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Familiarity with common design terminology and a general understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including After Effects and Photoshop.
Experience using project management, resource management, and creative workflow tools such as Mondays.com, Frame.IO, Workfront, and Jira.
Ability to reliably attend the workplace on site at least four days per week.

Nice To Haves

Project management experience in an entertainment agency, in-house creative team, or related production environment.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Runway.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex, high-visibility digital projects from inception through final delivery, including projects with numerous stakeholders, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
Define and track project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping projects aligned with business objectives and VIS quality standards.
Anticipate challenges, identify risks early, and develop solutions or course corrections to keep projects moving forward.
Gather and provide assets, information, and requirements needed to assign work to internal resources, vendors, and freelancers.
Serve as a key liaison and primary point of contact between VIS Digital, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners, including Social Media, Media Planning, Content Partnership, and Sales teams.
Communicate project updates, gather approvals, manage expectations, resolve issues, and coordinate delivery of final deliverables.
Maintain clear, timely, and efficient communication to support project success and cross-functional alignment.
Partner with senior operations leadership on resource planning, forecasting, and budget oversight across multiple projects.
Coordinate assignments across the internal design team, external vendors, and freelancers to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Foster collaboration across FOX partners to turn creative, strategic, technical, and operational considerations into effective digital experiences.
