Senior Project Manager, HR Systems Transformation

The PMO Squad•Milton, GA
•$65 - $75•Remote

About The Position

A senior program leader is sought to take charge of an HR systems transformation already in progress at a large global enterprise. The initiative is a significant investment, is closely watched by senior leaders, and spans connected systems and teams across the organization. The role sets direction, builds executive confidence, and drives accountability across a broad network of teams. The position leads program governance, including steering committee schedules, decision frameworks, escalation paths, and stage-gated reviews. It advises senior executives on status, risks, trade-offs, and needed decisions, and prepares concise briefings with recommendations. The program manager works across HR, payroll, IT, and business teams to manage integrations and dependencies, partners with HR business partners on change impacts, and brings leadership and structure to the existing project team. This is a 6–12 month contract with a possible extension. The role is remote with occasional travel. A pre-employment background check and drug test are required after an offer is made and must be completed before the start date.
