Finance Systems Transformation Project Manager

Nordic Investin Group•Stockholm, ME

About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Finance Systems Transformation Project Manager on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in finance-system transformation across processes, data and controls. You will take responsibility for work that connects ERP finance, process design and data migration, while ensuring that testing and controls receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. Project leadership connects outcomes, plans, risks and decisions. Success is controlled change that the organisation can adopt and sustain. You will work across business owners, technical specialists, security, operations and external suppliers. The partner expects you to understand enough detail to test the plan, while keeping technical accountability with the appropriate experts. Ownership continues through cutover, stabilisation and handover. This role calls for independent judgement and the ability to raise the quality around you. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.

  • Exposure to change adoption in a cross-functional environment.
  • Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
  • Background may be consulting, a transformation office or complex operational delivery.
  • Show how you controlled uncertainty and guided difficult decisions.
  • Direct experience of finance-system transformation across processes, data and controls is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
