About The Position

Bask & Lather Co. is seeking a hands-on senior program manager to translate business priorities into completed physical product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and cross-functional business initiatives. The role owns integrated planning, project dependencies, delivery tracking, escalation, and verification that work is approved, implemented, and complete. It personally builds and drives project plans, secures accountable owners and commitments, resolves blockers, challenges missed commitments, and presents decision-makers with recovery options and business impacts. Functional leaders retain responsibility for strategy, staffing, technical and creative quality, and approvals within their areas. The position coordinates across Brand, Marketing, Social, E-commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, manufacturers, vendors, and other external partners. Product work spans concept, formulation, packaging, labeling, claims and compliance reviews, sampling, testing, approvals, production dependencies, and launch readiness. Campaign work includes sales and seasonal campaigns, retail launches and activations, TV segments, influencer campaigns, and partnerships across channels such as DTC, retail, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. The Program Manager leads project kickoffs and scope definition; maintains detailed timelines, critical paths, and a prioritized portfolio; identifies risks early; and secures recovery actions when dates are threatened. The role verifies deliverables and handoffs through receiving-team acceptance, documented approvals, and launch-day checks, and publishes weekly portfolio updates on progress, commitments, overdue work, risks, recovery actions, and decisions needed. It also conducts post-launch retrospectives and implements corrective actions. Routine copy review, social scheduling, and departmental production remain with functional teams. The role is based in Yonkers, New York, with a hybrid or remote work option. It reports to the Senior Director of Operations. The listed salary range is $110,000–$130,000. Bask & Lather Co. states that it is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities and sincerely held religious beliefs.
