About The Position
The Senior Production Team Leader leads all production shift operations, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company policies. The role requires a thorough understanding of equipment and processes to identify issues, reduce downtime, and keep workflows organized and on track. The team leader oversees LOTOTO (Lockout, Tagout, and Tryout) procedures, creates labels as needed, and may step in as an operator to maintain continuity.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Ability to be on your feet 60%–90% of the day.

Responsibilities
- Supervise all personnel and operations on the shift.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
- Report process and equipment problems, track sources of downtime, and work to eliminate them.
- Organize work to support smooth operations.
- Supervise and manage the LOTOTO process as needed throughout the shift.
- Create labels for operations throughout the shift as needed.
