Senior Product Marketing Manager

Nubank•Miami, FL

About The Position

Nu is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead for a senior individual-contributor role based in Miami, Florida. The role will define how Nu launches and grows its product in the US, partnering closely with Product and Growth on narrative, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and performance. It combines strategic leadership through influence with hands-on execution in a small, ambitious team that values craft, velocity, collaboration, experimentation, and the use of AI to increase impact. The role owns product marketing outcomes such as awareness, engagement, and adoption; turns company and product strategy into positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market choices; and develops a clear, differentiated product story across customer touchpoints. It leads launches from strategy through execution and post-launch analysis, and designs integrated programs across brand, product, lifecycle, performance, and emerging channels. The role uses customer, market, competitive, and performance insights to influence roadmaps, define experiments and success metrics, and recommend what to build, say, and test next. The position also connects Product, Growth, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and Operations; influences senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations; and creates narratives, playbooks, toolkits, and executive-ready materials. The work setup is hybrid, with an office requirement of two days per week. Candidates should be based in Miami or willing to relocate.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in product marketing or very similar roles at consumer technology or fintech companies.
  • Experience as a senior product marketing manager or product marketing lead on high-impact launches.
  • Proven record of owning end-to-end product or major feature launches with clear, quantified business impact.
  • Comfort with data and light analytics, including self-serve tools, dashboards, and basic analysis tied to a clear narrative.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools as a natural part of day-to-day work.
  • Based in Miami, Florida, or willing to relocate; the role is hybrid and requires two days per week in the office.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to make complex ideas clear and adapt communication for product, engineering, design, legal, and leadership audiences.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, take initiative, and work effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across multiple areas such as growth, brand, lifecycle, or paid marketing.
  • Experience working with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, such as financial services, and partnering with Legal, Compliance, or Risk on consumer communications.

Responsibilities

  • Own US product marketing outcomes for the assigned area, including awareness, engagement, and adoption, and measure their impact.
  • Translate company and product strategy into positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market decisions for the US.
  • Own the end-to-end product story and value proposition across key customer touchpoints.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative customer research, market insight, and competitive information to evolve the value proposition and influence the roadmap.
  • Partner with Product and Growth on pricing, packaging, and offers where relevant.
  • Work with Growth and Design to translate the product story into website, landing-page, and in-product experiences.
  • Lead messaging and go-to-market strategy for major product and feature launches, from planning and execution through post-launch read-outs.
  • Design integrated go-to-market plans across brand, product, lifecycle, and performance channels.
  • Design and run programs across in-app, email, push, SMS, and emerging channels to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Own the story, messaging hierarchy, and marketing assets for website and landing experiences in partnership with Growth.
  • Partner with Growth to ensure lifecycle journeys are coherent, on-brand, and appropriate for US customers.
  • Build understanding of customer lifecycle, segments, and jobs-to-be-done, and turn research, data, and competitive signals into segmentation and recommendations.
  • Track the US consumer fintech landscape and apply relevant learnings to the work.
  • Define success metrics and guardrails for launches and campaigns; design A/B, multivariate, and holdout experiments; and explain performance and next steps.
  • Coordinate Product, Growth, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to keep strategy, execution, and narrative aligned.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and clear storytelling.
  • Build narratives, playbooks, and toolkits that help leaders and teams communicate consistently.
  • Create executive-ready decks, one-pagers, and briefings that connect product, customer, and business impact.
