About The Position

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Go-to-Market Excellence: the programs, plays, and enablement that translate product innovation into pipeline, adoption, and revenue. The role helps sellers, Customer Success Managers, and partners communicate Klaviyo’s value, win deals, and help customers gain more value from the platform. The role builds scalable sales plays, supports product adoption across Customer Success, and develops enablement for direct teams and agency and technology partners. It also brings field and customer insights back to Product and Product Marketing to improve future launches. The position includes owning the seller experience; developing sales plays and cross-functional GTM programs; creating repeatable adoption, cross-sell, and expansion motions with Customer Success; setting an enablement strategy and cadence; extending messaging and training to partners; translating launches and roadmap plans into field-ready materials; gathering field insights to inform messaging and product priorities; and measuring and improving program results. Other related duties may be assigned to support the objectives of Klaviyo’s Product Marketing organization and GTM teams.
