About The Position

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Go-to-Market Excellence programs, plays, and enablement that translate product innovation into pipeline, adoption, and revenue. The role makes it easier for sellers, Customer Success Managers, and partners to tell the Klaviyo story, win deals, and help customers get more value from the platform. This role connects Product Marketing with the field. It partners with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Partnerships, GTM Operations, and other product marketers to build scalable sales plays, drive product adoption across Customer Success, and develop an enablement strategy for direct teams and agency and technology partners. The role also brings field and customer insights to Product and Product Marketing to improve future launches. The position owns the seller experience; develops sales plays and cross-functional GTM programs; creates repeatable customer adoption, cross-sell, and expansion motions; and defines the strategy and cadence for product and messaging enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Support. It extends messaging and enablement to ecosystem partners, translates launches and roadmaps into field-ready narratives and assets, gathers field insights to influence messaging and priorities, and measures program effectiveness using metrics such as win rate, pipeline influence, content usage, adoption, and attach. Other related duties may be assigned to support the objectives of the Klaviyo Product Marketing organization and GTM teams.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment without formal authority.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills, including prioritization across multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
  • Self-starter with an owner mindset and accountability for business results, not only deliverables.
