•$148,900 - $232,700

About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a technically curious Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market and co-innovation for strategic AI partnerships, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and NVIDIA. The role translates joint innovation into differentiated products, partner go-to-market motions, and pipeline, with equal responsibility for product marketing and go-to-market execution. The position partners closely with product management and engineering to shape, position, and message co-innovations built on frontier models and NVIDIA’s platform, including offerings developed by the Forward Deployed Engineering team. It also develops joint-selling and go-to-market motions, including narratives, proof points, sales plays, and field enablement. The role works with product managers, partner marketing, partner sales, and partner go-to-market teams, and serves as ServiceNow’s product marketing lead at sponsored third-party AI events and conferences. The successful candidate brings enterprise product marketing experience launching AI-powered solutions, fluency in frontier AI and enterprise AI, and a record of shaping product direction and driving go-to-market results. The role includes up to 25% travel to support sales efforts and industry events. Compensation includes a base pay range of $148,900–$232,700, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits; actual compensation varies by qualifications and work location.

  • AI experience, including ideally bringing AI-powered solutions to market.
  • Working fluency in frontier AI and accelerated computing, including LLMs/foundation models, inference, and GPUs.
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to shape and launch products, not just market them.
  • Ability to build sales plays and enablement content grounded in seller and customer insights.
  • Strong strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear narratives for technical and executive audiences.
  • Track record of developing polished, C-suite-ready presentations and sales assets.
  • Ability to influence and drive results across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams, delivering through influence rather than authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to customers and executives.

  • Lead co-innovation go-to-market plays from concept through technical demo, field enablement, win/loss tracking, and pipeline attribution, creating a repeatable model across partners.
  • Build joint-selling enablement and field marketing assets, including First Call Decks, battlecards, technical demo flows, and one-pagers.
  • Align ServiceNow field sellers and partner sellers around a consistent co-innovation narrative for customers.
