Senior Product Marketing Manager, Workflows

PandaDoc
•$140,000 - $160,000

About The Position

PandaDoc is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for Workflows, a core product pillar in its 2027 strategy. Workflows help customers move from a blank page to a completed agreement and provide a foundation for agents that prepare, route, and complete agreements on customers’ behalf. The role focuses on showing buyers how workflows solve familiar business problems, including proposals, simple contracts, quotes, and renewals. The successful candidate will develop the workflow product-family narrative and explain how workflows fit into PandaDoc’s broader agreement platform. They will also lead messaging about AI agents, emphasizing what agents prepare, what customers approve, and how automation can remain auditable and trustworthy, guided by the principle that AI prepares and people commit. Working closely with Product and R&D, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will bring customer and market evidence into roadmap decisions, help determine which workflows to build, sequence launches, and define success measures before release. The role will shape how workflows are discovered and sold across the product, website, and Sales enablement; plan customer-facing launches with in-product guidance, training, and proactive communication; and drive adoption and expansion through customer proof points and campaigns. PandaDoc describes its culture as global, distributed, collaborative, and focused on work-life balance, integrity, transparency, and employee development. The annual OTE range is $140,000–$160,000.
