About The Position

Caribou is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and the customer communications journey. The role works across Product, Performance Marketing, Brand, Sales and Operations, and Analytics and Data Science. Its primary mission is to develop and execute how Caribou communicates with customers across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripting, from pre-submission through conversion. The role also owns lifecycle marketing platforms and vendor relationships, develops experimentation and governance practices, and partners with Legal and Compliance to ensure customer communications meet applicable requirements. The position is eligible for remote work in certain states, with office or hybrid options in Denver, Colorado, and Chandler, Arizona. Caribou may consider remote candidates in additional states subject to approval.
