About The Position

Honey Homes is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Lifecycle to help homeowners discover the company, understand its home-care service, and experience its value. The role sits at the intersection of product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer marketing, and owns lifecycle strategy across the prospect and early-member journey. This is a hands-on role responsible for identifying opportunities, designing and executing programs, and measuring results, with proactive use of AI to improve effectiveness. The role owns lifecycle programs from marketing-qualified lead (MQL) through new-member conversion, including strategy, segmentation, messaging and content, campaign builds, automation, experimentation, measurement, and iteration. The person will manage email and SMS tooling and launch two to three new programs or meaningful experiments each month. They will also build member advocacy and customer-story programs, develop content featuring members and craftspeople, and support local content and PR opportunities. The position calls for a self-directed builder who can work strategically and in the details in a developing, ambiguous environment. It requires strong storytelling, analytical and experimental skills, prioritization, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes. The role is based in Oakland, California, with a hybrid workplace arrangement. Compensation is $160,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity and full health benefits.
