Principal Product Marketing Manager

Calendly
•$156,060 - $220,320

About The Position

Calendly is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the positioning, launches, and growth of its products, including emerging AI capabilities. This full-stack role on a small team combines strategic product marketing with hands-on execution. The manager will partner closely with Product and Research to understand customers, develop positioning, and influence product direction, then bring the strategy to market through messaging, launch content, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional coordination. The role has meaningful influence over product decisions and ownership of bringing recommendations to market. The manager will present strategies and go-to-market plans to executive leaders, including the CEO, explain recommendations, address questions, and incorporate feedback. They will work independently, navigate changing priorities, and take projects from early ideas through execution and results. The position also uses AI tools regularly for research, insight synthesis, and content development, and builds reusable AI workflows that improve the speed, quality, and accessibility of product marketing outputs. The role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites. Calendly’s stated annual base salary ranges vary by geographic tier: $187,272–$220,320 for Tier 1, $171,666–$201,960 for Tier 2, and $156,060–$183,600 for Tier 3. All full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for equity awards and competitive benefits.
