About The Position

Cresta is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager, Insurance to lead and scale the company's positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy specifically for the Insurance industry. This role is crucial for shaping how Cresta is perceived, sold, and grown within this key vertical. The position reports to the VP of Product Marketing. Cresta's mission is to transform customer conversations into a competitive advantage by leveraging AI and human intelligence to provide insights, automate processes, and empower teams in contact centers. The company was founded by leaders from prestigious institutions like Stanford AI lab, Google X, Waymo, Udacity, Google Contact Center AI, Vertex AI, and OpenAI, and is backed by top-tier investors and serves major brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience.
  • Deep domain knowledge of the Insurance industry.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting in executive-level settings.
  • Excellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience, and AI Agents.
  • Experience in hypergrowth scale-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously refine Cresta's positioning and messaging for the Insurance industry, creating clear, differentiated industry narratives that resonate with buyers, operators, and executives.
  • Establish Cresta as a thought leader in the Insurance industry by shaping market conversations through strategic content, industry events, analyst engagement, and customer storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain deep buyer personas to understand Insurance-specific pain points, priorities, and decision dynamics, ensuring messaging drives relevance and confidence in deals.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, solutions, and marketing teams to build and execute Insurance-specific go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Bring new product capabilities and innovations to market through an Insurance lens, leading vertical launches and creating sales enablement materials to drive adoption.
  • Provide data-driven insights to influence product roadmap priorities, sharpen positioning, and optimize vertical strategy based on win/loss analysis in the Insurance industry.
  • Move fast, get hands dirty, and solve open-ended problems, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help Cresta win in the Insurance industry.
