The position requires a strong pricing background, a firm grasp of value-based pricing, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering pricing aligned with customer value and has a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Math or Economics or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Pricing, Product Marketing, Consulting or Finance with a focus on aligning customer value with willingness to pay.
  • Be able to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment.
  • Demonstrated track record as an empathetic listener and team player.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from qualitative and quantitative feedback from disparate sources in order to drive pricing and packaging recommendations.
  • Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Tableau
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skill.

Responsibilities

  • Help define, launch and drive value-based pricing go-to-market initiatives to support company growth and financial objectives.
  • Analyze competitive pricing and revenue model strategies to stay informed on changing dynamics and best practice innovation.
  • Develop financial scenario models and propose pricing options based on value-add, market and competitive information to drive financial performance.
  • Manage monthly pricing reporting insights and trends across the product portfolio and recommend opportunities for potential pricing optimization.
  • Design and execute pricing tests and promotional pricing across the product portfolio.
  • Create pricing enablement content to educate customers and sales on Tenable licensing requirements and details.
