About The Position

Nebius is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to focus on Data Center & Infrastructure. This role involves shaping how Nebius communicates about its infrastructure layer, including data centers, racks, power, and sustainability, and engaging with local communities where facilities are built. A key aspect of this position is collaborating with teams like public affairs, government relations, and investor relations to manage local political and regulatory landscapes and address community concerns transparently. The ideal candidate will be adept at technical storytelling, possess infrastructure fluency, and excel at building community trust, comfortable explaining complex technical details and engaging in community discussions. Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, this role will work closely with engineering, product management, data center operations, Sustainability, Communications, and Public Affairs/Government Relations teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing in data centers, cloud and/or AI infrastructure, energy, hardware, or semiconductors.
  • Demonstrated experience with community engagement, public affairs, or stakeholder communications, with a proven ability to earn local trust for a physical project.
  • Genuine working understanding of AI data center infrastructure: power and cooling, racks, GPU platforms and hardware, high-performance networking, and sustainability metrics (e.g., PUE, WUE, energy sourcing).
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU platforms and high-performance networking (NVIDIA InfiniBand).
  • Excellent hands-on writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks, or environmental permitting and its stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical and engineering concepts into simple, audience-first narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience creating content across technical briefs, web pages, community FAQs, event materials, and executive presentations.
  • Sound judgment and fact discipline, comfort handling sensitive topics accurately and responsibly.
  • A collaborative, cross-functional operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to sites and communities as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Authorization to work in the country where applying and ability to provide proof of employment eligibility.

  • Comfort operating in public-company investor relations contexts.
  • Experience within the NVIDIA ecosystem and familiarity with the GPU roadmap, reference architectures, and partner programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the infrastructure and data center narrative, translating Nebius's vertically integrated advantage into clear messaging for technical and business audiences.
  • Lead local community engagement for data center builds, partnering with site, public affairs, and government relations to campaign positively and develop community-facing materials.
  • Enable go-to-market and field teams with messaging and assets to sell the infrastructure story, including sales decks, battlecards, and ROI/TCO tools.
  • Communicate the efficiency and sustainability story, turning metrics into proof points for customers, investors, regulators, and communities.
  • Evangelize the GPU platform layer by working with product management and engineering to understand and translate new hardware into launch narratives.
  • Build the proof library, creating solution briefs, site fact sheets, reference architectures, white papers, and presentations.
  • Support communications, PR, and analyst/investor relations by feeding the data center scaling narrative into relevant materials.
  • Own competitive and category positioning for infrastructure, maintaining a view of the data center and AI infrastructure landscape.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by partnering with sales and customer marketing to develop references and case studies.
