About The Position

CertifyOS is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to discover, build, and scale new businesses. The role works closely with Sales, Business Development, customers, and internal product teams to identify valuable problems that CertifyOS is positioned to solve, rapidly prototype solutions, and turn promising opportunities into products customers buy and use. The Product Manager joins discovery and sales conversations, observes customer workflows, builds and iterates prototypes, and remains involved through delivery and adoption. They use these experiences to inform decisions about target customers, offerings, pricing, and investment. The position calls for strong product judgment, practical fluency in agentic AI, and business-building instincts. The Product Manager will assess customer problems and commercial potential, test prototypes with realistic workflows and data, and partner with Engineering to turn validated solutions into reliable enterprise products. They will also help shape product positioning, packaging, pricing, implementation, and launch with commercial teams, while measuring customer value and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, or founder experience with comparable ownership, in SaaS, healthtech, or another complex software business.
  • Practical fluency in AI and agentic systems, including use of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build and test ideas.
  • Examples of working prototypes or products the candidate helped deliver.
  • Ability to earn trust with customers and Sales, ask sharp questions, and bring an independent product perspective while making sound product and investment decisions.
  • Ability to bring clarity to complex situations and work effectively with engineers across customer conversations, workflow details, technical tradeoffs, and business cases.
  • Curiosity, experimentation, comfort with uncertainty, ability to learn quickly and act on feedback, and follow-through on product and business details.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching new paid offerings, working with early customers, or building businesses that combine software and operational services.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, provider data, or regulated enterprise workflows.
  • Experience deploying AI agents or automation into real customer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify emerging opportunities and understand user problems, buyer priorities, and Certify’s competitive advantages.
  • Assess opportunities and determine which to pursue by testing willingness to pay, market demand, pricing, cost to serve, and expansion potential.
  • Define what must be learned before increasing investment, decide whether to iterate, scale, or stop ideas, and communicate the rationale.
  • Partner with existing product teams when doing so creates leverage or accelerates the business.
  • Observe customer workflows, including exceptions and manual steps, and translate them into solutions customers can try.
  • Use AI coding tools and agentic systems to build working prototypes quickly, iterate with customers, and test workflows using realistic data and measures of value.
  • Partner with Sales on demonstrations and early customer engagements; align on scope, success criteria, and delivery commitments.
  • Remain accountable from initial experiment through delivery, adoption, and expansion, working with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success.
  • Balance early-customer needs against broader product opportunities, identifying reusable capabilities and when tailored solutions make commercial sense.
  • Bring technical judgment to agentic products, including tool and API integration, evaluations, human review, permissions, and failure handling; partner with Engineering on production quality.
  • Shape offerings and launches with commercial teams, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and repeatable implementation; help the field understand target customers and demonstrate value.
  • Measure customer value and business results, including adoption, time saved, operational quality, revenue, expansion, and margin, and use results to guide investment.
