About The Position

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager at Flint, you are the primary customer contact and represent the customer’s voice internally. You own a portfolio of 20 to 30 brand customers from kickoff through renewal, learning each business, setting strategy, running pilots and experiments hands-on in Flint’s advertising and page agents, and presenting results to marketing teams and executives. You own outcomes and drive plans across teams, working directly between customer needs and what gets built. You report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. The role is based in San Francisco or requires willingness to relocate.

Requirements

  • Ability to stay organized while managing volume; experience running 20 or more projects or workstreams concurrently without letting anything slip.
  • High-throughput, hands-on working style, with a preference for doing the work rather than only describing it; ability to use AI tools and agents to increase productivity.
  • Experience owning customer outcomes as a product manager, consultant, engagement manager, founder, or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn messy data into a clear recommendation.
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in growth metrics and topics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion, with experience in acquisition, landing pages, experiments, or ads.
  • Experience with landing page testing or conversion rate optimization.
  • AI workflows or tools built personally.
  • Startup or founding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own 20 to 30 customer accounts as the main point of contact, from kickoff through renewal.
  • Run pilots from kickoff to readout and conversion, including setup, tracking, success metrics, and timelines.
  • Build an account plan for each customer, covering goals, next tests, and how success will be measured.
  • Work hands-on in each account, reviewing agent-generated landing pages, keywords, and ads before they ship.
  • Design and interpret experiments, then communicate results clearly to marketing teams and executives.
  • Lead check-ins, readouts, and escalations, keeping every account moving on schedule.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to keep each account on track.
  • Bring customer pain points to the team and turn repeated manual work into agent improvements and an engagement playbook.

Benefits

  • Competitive equity in an early-stage company.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Medical benefits.
  • 20 days of paid time off each year.
  • Lunch, snacks, and Cometeer coffee in the office.
  • Dog-friendly office in the Financial District.
  • Opportunity to build a critical function from the beginning while shaping a new category.
