About The Position

Lorikeet builds AI that resolves complex, high-volume customer support interactions for fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, and delivery services. Its Concierge product manages customer interactions across channels and systems, follows each customer's policies, and escalates to a human when appropriate. The Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager owns a small number of Lorikeet's most strategic customer accounts and the outcomes those customers achieve with Concierge. The role leads implementation planning alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer, gets customers live, maintains executive partnerships, and identifies opportunities to expand deployments. After launch, the role owns account performance, product usage, retention, and growth. The position is hands-on in the product: investigating problems, building and testing changes, and deploying improvements to production using Coach and Claude Code. It also identifies recurring customer problems for broader product solutions, creates playbooks and coaching for other FDPMs, and helps shape how Lorikeet manages its largest customers as the company grows. Lorikeet describes its culture as low-ego and high-trust, with flexible hours and an emphasis on life outside work. The company is Series A, headquartered in Sydney, and has teams across the US and UK. The whole company meets in Hawaii twice a year. Recruitment consists of informal conversations and a paid approximately two-day work trial.
