Senior Product Manager - Restaurant | Onsite | Sunnyvale, California
About The Position
The Senior Product Manager will lead product experience and strategy for restaurant operators, including single- and multi-location businesses. The role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable user experiences while balancing merchant flexibility. It translates merchant research and user feedback into a prioritized product roadmap, uses analytics and performance metrics to guide iteration, and works across Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support to build, launch, and scale features. The product manager will also communicate product strategy, technical trade-offs, and business outcomes to leadership and other stakeholders. The position is onsite in Sunnyvale, California. It is available for independent contractors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Deep understanding of restaurant workflows, including Front-of-House (FoH), Kitchen Operations (KDS), and Back-of-House (BoH) management.
Nice To Haves
- Product Management experience within POS, e-commerce, online ordering, or marketplace platforms.
Responsibilities
