Senior Product Manager, Community & Campaigns

CreatorIQ•San Francisco, CA
•$121,000 - $145,000

About The Position

CreatorIQ is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Community and Campaigns, two core parts of its creator marketing platform. Community serves as the creator CRM for managing rosters, relationships, lifecycle, and creator content. Campaigns supports planning, briefing, staffing, execution, and measurement. The role owns these heavily used product areas end to end and works with a dedicated engineering squad and design partner, reporting to the Director of Product, Workflows. The position will lead an agentic rebuild of the campaign product, including a new campaign and requirements model, structured briefs, and outcome-based campaigns in which marketers state a goal and the system assembles the program. It will also shape the Community CRM experience by connecting creator relationship and lifecycle information with creator performance and content. The role requires sound judgment about AI-generated plans, briefs, and recommendations, and the ability to prioritize customer problems based on discovery, product analytics, and customer feedback. The successful candidate will help identify future product opportunities and make clear product decisions in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management or equivalent technical product ownership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience owning a complex, workflow-heavy product surface.
  • A builder’s mindset, including prototyping and using AI tools to build working concepts.
  • Strong judgment about AI output and practical familiarity with prompting, context, tool use, evaluation, confidence, human-in-the-loop review, and appropriate limits on agent autonomy.
  • Critical and independent thinking when evaluating model output, stakeholder requests, and roadmap items against customer problems.
  • Technical ability to participate in data model and API discussions, including schemas, CRUDL, bulk operations, permissions, and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to map workflows quickly, write clear requirements, explain product thinking in writing, and bring proposals rather than only questions.
  • Focus on solving real user problems.
  • Curiosity, low ego, and willingness to contribute beyond narrowly defined responsibilities.
  • Comfort working with distributed teams across Poland, the UK, and the US; occasional later calls may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech.
  • Experience shipping CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle/pipeline products.
  • Experience with project or campaign management tools, including briefs, requirements, approvals, deliverable tracking, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with MCP, agentic tool design, or customer-facing APIs intended for machine consumption.

Responsibilities

  • Own Community and Campaigns end to end, including the creator CRM, campaign setup and briefs, creator and content management, and connected workflows.
  • Lead the agentic rebuild of the campaign product, including a new campaign and requirements model, structured briefs, and outcome-based campaigns.
  • Own the Community CRM experience, including lifecycle stages, onboarding progress, ownership, last contact, and next action, and connect relationship information to creators’ posted content and performance.
  • Evaluate AI-generated plans, briefs, and recommendations for usefulness and trustworthiness, and adjust scope when output does not meet users’ needs.
  • Turn customer feedback and requests from CSMs and account teams into product decisions by identifying underlying problems and assessing what should be built or reframed.
  • Conduct discovery with creator marketing managers, community and program managers, and agency teams, and use product analytics to understand user behavior.
  • Identify product opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help shape the product’s direction.
  • Prototype ideas and use AI tools to build working concepts for user feedback.
  • Map workflows, write clear requirements, and communicate proposals and disagreements effectively with engineering and design partners.

Benefits

  • Learning platform, training, and tools.
  • Meal stipends and occasional company-funded meals.
  • 26 days of vacation, floating and set holidays, and a wellness allowance.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Medical insurance, life insurance, and business travel insurance.
  • Stock options through an equity-sharing program.
  • Stipends for cell phone and internet, home office setup, mental wellness, and professional development.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
