The Campaign Senior Coordinator reports to the Director, Annual Fund and owns the fiscal-year campaign calendar and the production behind it. This project management role, which requires fundraising experience, is accountable for moving appeals, stewardship touches, and information moments from brief to release on schedule and with correct coding. The calendar remains live throughout the fiscal year and is visible to the teams that plan against it. The role also manages standing story intake across Federation programs and maintains an impact-story library with rights and usage status attached, so campaign briefs can draw on cleared material. The coordinator runs production across direct mail, email, and paid digital, including creative routing, approvals, proofs, data pulls, list and seed delivery, and drop dates. The role maintains campaign briefs as the source of truth for audience, offer, ask string, timing, and creative direction; conducts pre-release quality control; and preserves campaign versions and records. It coordinates agency and vendor schedules, campaign setup and coding, data and gift-processing timelines, and channel access and approvals with internal partners. The position also supports the Advancement department’s overall goals and performs other duties as assigned. U.S. Soccer describes itself as a mission-driven federation aiming to grow soccer across the United States.
