About The Position

ALICE Technologies is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features across its product lines and explore opportunities for new products. The role sits at the intersection of AI, construction workflows, and intuitive design, translating user insights into solutions that improve how construction projects are planned. The product portfolio includes ALICE Model, ALICE Optimize, and ALICE Plan. The Senior Product Manager will use AI throughout product discovery, prototyping, validation, execution, release, and post-launch tracking to accelerate learning and measure outcomes. They will work closely with the VP of Product and collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap and deliver user-focused products. Experience in construction, engineering, or construction technology is a bonus.

Requirements

At least 5 years of product management experience, including proven experience launching and iterating SaaS products.
A track record of simplifying complex workflows and making products intuitive for a broad range of users.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Business-level English skills, both conversational and written.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complexity into compelling narratives.
Comfort leveraging AI across the product lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and bias toward action in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, engineering, or AEC software.
Familiarity with scheduling tools or BIM.

Responsibilities

Partner with the VP of Product to define and evolve the multi-product roadmap.
Conduct in-depth interviews with internal and external users to identify needs, friction points, and opportunities to simplify existing products.
Scope epics and write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Partner with design to create intuitive, outcome-focused experiences.
Use AI tools to create prototypes, accelerate research synthesis, validate ideas, and track results.
Collaborate with engineering on solution specifications and trade-offs, ensuring delivery meets intended user outcomes.
Manage sprints in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence for knowledge transfer and onboarding.
Present findings, prototypes, and release updates to stakeholders.
