About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager for Switchboard, you will shape how customers manage GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and how engineering teams operate a growing fleet of customer instances. Switchboard is Dedicated’s control plane: it helps internal teams scale upgrades and maintenance and gives customers tools to configure their infrastructure, understand environment health, and receive critical updates. You will own the product vision and roadmap, balancing technical and operational needs with a clear, useful customer experience. Dedicated is GitLab’s fastest-growing deployment option, and this work will help the business support more customers efficiently. You will have autonomy to identify the most important problems and determine Switchboard’s direction, with support from your manager and engineering partners.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a product vision and roadmap and working with engineering to deliver improvements for users.

  • A strong focus on user experience and experience making complex technical workflows easier to understand and use.
