Sr Product Manager - DTC

Pattern•Lehi, UT

About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager for DTC at Pattern, you will own the strategy and roadmap for software that powers the company’s direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation. You will lead a dedicated engineering team through two-week sprints to build and scale order management, guided pick, pack, and ship workflows, carrier and rate optimization, and DTC inventory replenishment tools. The role combines high-volume fulfillment operations with technology expansion, with the goal of improving order accuracy, shipping speed, and cost per order across a growing warehouse network. The position works closely with engineering, UX, Warehouse Operations, Client Services, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will lead product discovery, delivery, and adoption; analyze operational data; turn fulfillment problems into business cases; and communicate product tradeoffs and roadmap decisions to leadership. You will also mentor other product managers and help raise the team’s product practices. The role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and is mentored by the VP of Product / Director of Product Management. The company describes potential career progression toward Principal or Group Product Manager roles. Pattern is a technology and logistics company that supports brands selling across global ecommerce marketplaces and says it is expanding 30 to 40% annually.

  • Run sprint planning, write user stories and acceptance criteria, assign sprint points, and lead retrospectives every two weeks.
  • Partner with UX designers to design and refine guided warehouse-associate workflows for picking, packing, labeling, and replenishment.
  • Work with Warehouse Operations, Client Services, and Finance to identify DTC pain points, prioritize requirements, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
  • Analyze order, carrier, and labor data to identify opportunities involving carrier selection, packaging, same-day shipping cutoffs, and cost per order.
  • Translate operational problems into business cases with clear success metrics and present tradeoffs and roadmap decisions to leadership.
