About The Position

EverPro, a business within EverCommerce, provides software and solutions for home and field service businesses. This Senior Product Manager role focuses on Invoice Simple and will lead a newly forming Platform squad. The squad builds and maintains shared systems that help Invoice Simple’s teams deliver dependable customer experiences and work more efficiently. The role reports to the Head of Product, Invoice Simple. The product manager will own the vision and roadmap for shared platform capabilities, including subscriptions, billing, entitlements, email deliverability, customer data, reliability, security, and versioning across iOS, Android, web, and APIs. They will make foundational and technical-debt work legible to leaders through clear trade-offs tied to customer impact, team capacity, and revenue. The role will also modernize the software development lifecycle by applying AI to coding, testing, code review, and releases; improving CI/CD and developer experience; and measuring changes in delivery speed and quality. The product manager will define shared capabilities needed to support trusted AI experiences, partner closely with engineering, DevOps, and data engineers, coordinate with other squads and EverPro platform teams, and prototype with AI. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally. The role can be based anywhere in Canada and may be performed remotely, in-office, or hybrid, depending on preference and proximity to an office. Candidates must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Travel to the Denver corporate headquarters or other North American offices may be required.
