Senior Product Manager, Attorney Experience
About The Position
Rocket Lawyer is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of its Legal Platform, which enables attorneys in the company’s network to provide legal services through its on-demand marketplace. The role focuses on bringing attorney-customer legal work that currently takes place through phone calls, email, and file sharing onto the platform, using streamlined web conferencing, privileged workspaces, and secure document and messaging collaboration tools. The Product Manager will help create a strong experience for both attorneys and customers, including developing legal technology and AI-powered tools that help attorneys work more efficiently. The role drives product strategy and execution, research into attorney needs, product ideation and launches, metrics and data-informed prioritization, roadmap development, and understanding the revenue implications of product decisions. It works closely with Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content teams to bring product experiments to market, while developing a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of software product development experience, ideally with B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- At least 4 years of SaaS product management experience in areas such as productivity, project management, collaboration, or workflow.
- Ability to combine product sense and business acumen to deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business.

Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and execution for the Legal Platform.
- Research the needs of network attorneys using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Represent attorneys’ needs and build products aligned with the product vision.
- Lead ideation, development, and launch of products for customers.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure business impact.
- Prioritize features using data analysis, business insights, and sound judgment.
- Develop and deliver a roadmap for Legal Platform capabilities.
- Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisions.
- Collaborate with Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content teams to bring product experiments to market.
- Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment.
