About The Position

We are looking for strong Senior Product Manager profiles with extensive Healthcare domain experience. PBM experience is preferred/secondary. We need someone who can hit the ground running, understand the product space quickly, work independently, manage stakeholders, and drive the product lifecycle end-to-end.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT / Digital Product Management experience
• 5+ years in a true Product Manager role
• Healthcare industry experience
• Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Epics, Features & User Stories
• Strong story writing and backlog management experience
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business & IT teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to define product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Experience handling risks, issues, roadblocks and strategy challenges
• Strong Agile / Scrum experience
• Ability to translate business needs into technical/product solutions
• Technically inclined with understanding of cloud platforms and product technologies
• Experience with product execution, release planning and production readiness

• CSPO / SAFe POPM certification

Responsibilities
