About The Position

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and drive product strategy for casino management systems used by casino operators. The role leads the vision and detailed roadmap for a critical product, partnering with commercial and development teams and championing product planning with senior management. The position focuses on delivering consistent product results, conducting market research, planning launches, achieving growth and revenue targets, and increasing market share through effective product evolution.

The Senior Product Manager works closely with customers, regulatory agencies, and sales and marketing teams to incorporate market requirements and customer needs into future releases. The role also evaluates new product ideas and opportunities, develops product positioning and value propositions, and engages customers and industry collaborators to inform product planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or an equivalent area.
• Consistent track record in software product management, with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
• Excellent critical-thinking and analytical abilities, including understanding of financial modelling and financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly convey complex information to senior management and relevant audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or similar background.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Champion new products and ideas, considering competitive factors, market demand, risk management, program economics, strategic fit, and operational complexity.
• Communicate execution plans and product roadmaps to executive leadership.
• Define and communicate product positioning and value proposition messaging to commercialization teams.
• Establish strategic product roadmaps in partnership with senior product and development leadership.
• Lead customer validation, market feedback, and other collaborator engagements to drive product planning.
• Act as an industry thought leader to elevate the Aristocrat product portfolio.
• Conduct market research and launch planning, and work toward growth, revenue, and market-share targets.
• Work with customers, regulatory agencies, and sales and marketing organizations to ensure market requirements and customer needs inform future product releases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
