About The Position

Figure Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own third-party integrations across its mortgage and lending products and lead the product roadmap for emerging HELOC growth channels. The role covers integrations throughout the HELOC funnel and loan origination system, including property and public-record data, valuation, credit, income and identity verification, document generation and eSign, notarization, recording, and debt payoff. The product manager will manage the full integration lifecycle, improve existing vendor relationships, onboard new vendors, monitor performance, and ensure vendors meet quality and service-level commitments. The position also owns the product roadmap for new HELOC channels such as SMB brokers, select fintech partnerships, and home improvement and solar contractors. It is hands-on and involves writing requirements, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, defining partner workflows, launching features, measuring results, and iterating. The role requires using funnel, conversion, quality, and operational data to guide priorities and investment. Candidates must follow security and data-handling policies, complete required security training, and promptly report suspected security incidents. Figure will not sponsor work visas for this position.
