About The Position

Agiloft is hiring a senior strategic product manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and direction of its integrations platform, including the Integration Hub, external APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations, and orchestration layer. The position is part of the Product – Integrations team and reports directly to the VP of Product, Integrations. The role focuses on setting platform direction rather than day-to-day operations, working with engineering, customer success, go-to-market teams, and external partners to improve connectivity, reduce implementation friction, and strengthen Agiloft’s position in CLM integrations. The product manager will define a multi-quarter roadmap, API and integration standards, MCP and AI orchestration strategy, and capabilities for designing and managing multi-step, multi-system workflows. The role combines market and customer discovery with cross-functional execution, platform architecture guidance, and measurement of adoption, reliability, roadmap delivery, and strategic impact. Agiloft describes its workplace philosophy as “EX = CX” and supports employee resource groups and work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly wellness day. The company states that employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, and encourages applications from underrepresented groups.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning an integration, API, or platform product.
  • Strong command of REST API design, integration architecture patterns, and developer experience principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a multi-quarter roadmap and drive execution across engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, API gateway, or middleware technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and measurable customer value.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence engineering, customer success, sales, and leadership without formal authority.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, remote environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agent tooling, orchestration frameworks, or LLM integrations.
  • Familiarity with Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray, or comparable iPaaS platforms.
  • Background in CLM, legal tech, ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS integrations.
  • Experience defining API-first product strategy and developer enablement programs.
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture, webhooks, asynchronous integration patterns, and consumption-based platform models.
  • Experience partnering with OEM or embedded integration providers.
  • Background in platform product management, developer tools, or technical ecosystem programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the multi-quarter roadmap for Agiloft’s Integration Hub, aligning investments with customer needs, competitive positioning, and platform scalability.
  • Set priorities across the connector ecosystem, task and consumption management, monitoring, and enterprise-grade reliability.
  • Own the external API surface, including versioning, developer experience, and authentication patterns.
  • Define standards for how the platform exposes data and actions so integration partners and enterprise customers can build reliably on Agiloft.
  • Lead product strategy for Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-driven orchestration capabilities that connect Agiloft AI features with external systems and agents.
  • Define how Agiloft can participate in the emerging AI agent ecosystem.
  • Define capabilities for customers to design, deploy, and manage multi-step, multi-system workflows across the Integration Hub and Agiloft MCP.
  • Drive platform support for event-driven, low-latency, highly reliable automation at enterprise scale.
  • Partner with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and legal technology partners to translate market needs into shipped capabilities.
  • Connect product, field, and technical teams so the roadmap reflects both strategic priorities and execution realities.
  • Synthesize customer data, analyst input, competitive signals, and field feedback into prioritized product strategy.
  • Establish ongoing discovery with customer success, sales, and key customers to ground roadmap decisions in real-world usage.
  • Define integration architecture standards, consumption models, and platform health metrics.
  • Partner with engineering on technical guardrails that make integrations stable, observable, and scalable.
  • Track roadmap delivery, Integration Hub adoption and usage, strategic impact in CLM integrations, and shipped MCP capabilities.
  • During the first six months, assess Integration Hub customers, usage, pain points, and competitive gaps, and set a Product Owner up for success.
  • Take on and refine the current MCP roadmap, deliver MCP features, and define MCP strategy and its forward-looking architecture.
  • Establish feedback loops with customer success, sales, and key customers, and ship at least one integration platform improvement with measurable customer impact.
  • Align with engineering on scalable integration architecture standards that inform product decisions and customer success motions.
