About The Position

AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of its Resale platform. The role oversees the core marketplace engine powering secondary ticketing across the AXS ecosystem, including resale listing ingestion and distribution, inventory and pricing services, event and venue data models, partner and marketplace integrations, public-facing APIs, and platform services connecting fan demand with resale supply. The position balances scalability, data integrity, marketplace health, and delivery velocity while evolving the platform to support new partners, markets, and fan experiences. The Senior Product Manager combines product judgment with technical depth and a systems-modeling mindset. They guide engineering teams on domain and data modeling, API and data contract design, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and integrations, translating platform capabilities into measurable business and marketplace outcomes. The role works with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Payments, Partner Experience, and business stakeholders, including onshore and offshore teams, to deliver a scalable and reliable resale platform that grows marketplace liquidity and improves the fan experience throughout the live event lifecycle.
