About The Position

The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, commercialization, and growth initiatives within Ecolab’s Bioprocessing business. The role also leads strategic programs that integrate digital and AI-enabled capabilities into products and services to help customers make faster and better bioprocessing decisions. This hybrid position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, or may be remote on the East Coast of the United States.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
10 years of experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, product management, or related markets.
Demonstrated experience in product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercialization.

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree.
Bioprocessing, chromatography, or downstream purification experience.
Commercial, sales, and customer-facing experience.
Experience with AI/ML applications, predictive modeling, decision-support tools, or scientific digital platforms.
Strong understanding of bioprocessing industry dynamics and customer workflows.
Experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, forecasts, and go-to-market plans.
Experience leading digital products, software-enabled solutions, analytics, AI/ML initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
Ability to translate customer requirements into digital product roadmaps and development priorities.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs without direct authority.
Strong customer-facing, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization for an assigned bioprocessing product portfolio.
Translate voice of the customer, market trends, customer workflows, and competitive insights into product roadmaps and growth strategies.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and adoption.
Lead digital and AI-enabled initiatives that enhance bioprocessing products and the customer service offering.
Partner with R&D, applications, digital/IT, data science, sales, marketing, customers, and external technology partners.
