About The Position

TopLine builds AI-powered technology for relationship-based B2B sellers, bringing data, account intelligence, prospecting, research, and automation into the tools sellers already use, such as email, CRM, and AI assistants. The Senior Product Manager will turn sellers’ challenges and customer needs into scalable product capabilities, working closely with the Sales Design Lead and teams across sales, engineering, research, and client-facing functions. The role is the product expert in prospect and client conversations, demonstrating the platform, identifying customer opportunities, answering product questions, and helping scope what can be delivered. The Senior Product Manager will own product priorities and roadmap decisions in partnership with the Chief Product Officer, shape the platform’s AI behavior and human-control boundaries, and make build, buy, partner, and packaging decisions. The position involves rapid prototyping with AI coding tools, testing with real users, shipping improvements, and measuring usage, adoption, and revenue impact. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone working U.S. Eastern business hours, with regular travel for client and company meetings. The role is U.S.-only, excluding California and New York, and expects about one-third of the week to be spent in conversations with prospects and clients. Success includes improving sellers’ productivity and client outcomes, using customer feedback to evolve the platform, and shipping at least one meaningful capability or improvement during the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of product management experience.
  • Experience spending meaningful time with product users and examples of how their feedback shaped products and improved adoption.
  • Experience working with buyers as a seller, sales engineer, or product manager supporting live deals, with an understanding of buying decisions.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered products that customers actively use and understanding where AI should act autonomously versus where people should remain in control.
  • Experience building working prototypes with AI coding tools and turning ideas into testable solutions quickly.
  • Experience prioritizing competing customer needs and balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and scalability.
  • Clear, concise communication and a preference for working software over slides.

Nice To Haves

  • Product experience building B2B products for sales teams, such as sales engagement, conversation intelligence, CRM, or prospecting data.
  • Experience building AI assistants or agents, including MCP.
  • Experience working with technology partners.
  • Experience navigating enterprise IT reviews for email, calendar, and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time each week with sellers, managers, and sales leaders on calls and in their workflows to understand obstacles and identify technology solutions.
  • Partner with the sales team to help clients select and integrate the right mix of platform capabilities.
  • Join sales calls as a product expert, run demonstrations, answer technical and security questions with the appropriate teams, and scope potential delivery.
  • Stay engaged with clients after the sale, anticipate needs, and own product priorities and roadmap decisions with the Chief Product Officer.
  • Define how the AI platform behaves, including what it can do autonomously, when it should recommend actions, and where sellers retain control.
  • Decide when to build, buy, or partner for capabilities, how capabilities work together, and how they are packaged.
  • Prototype with AI coding tools, test ideas quickly with real users, and work with engineering to ship improvements every week.
  • Write concise specifications and release notes, and measure weekly usage, adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Work with sellers across client teams, improve platform adoption with the Sales Design Lead, lead the product side of sales calls, identify unrecognized client needs, and turn insights into product priorities.
  • Explain how TopLine differs from competing sales platforms, including its advantages such as the Futuri Data Platform.
