About The Position

Eightfold AI is hiring a Vice President of Product for its AI and platform organization. The role works with leadership, engineering, and product teams to shape and execute product roadmaps serving customers and Eightfold’s product lines. It combines strategic product direction with customer discovery, competitive analysis, and an understanding of Eightfold’s technology strengths and AI infrastructure. The position leads and develops product leaders and product managers, builds support for product vision across executive and cross-functional stakeholders, and adapts strategy to industry trends and customer feedback. It also presents strategic insights on products, competition, and customer adoption. The position is based at Eightfold’s Santa Clara, California headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office.

Requirements

10 or more years of product management experience, including 5 or more years of product leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or commensurate experience in a relevant field.
Previous expertise building AI and data-driven products.

Responsibilities

Work with leadership, engineering, and product teams to develop and execute product roadmaps for the AI and platform organization.
Understand customers’ business and technical challenges and develop strategic product roadmaps to address their needs.
Build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers, fostering growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinking.
Partner with stakeholders across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales to socialize and support the product vision.
Analyze the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiated products.
Understand Eightfold’s technological strengths and integrate them into products.
Lead the platform organization and apply forward-thinking to Eightfold AI’s AI and technology infrastructure.
Track industry trends and adapt product strategy accordingly.
Develop and present strategic insights about products, competitors, and customer adoption.
