Thoropass
•$143,000 - $206,000

About The Position

Thoropass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a high-impact AI product area: software that automates evidence review for auditors. The product uses LLMs to analyze audit evidence, draft first-pass test results, and surface findings for auditor review, reducing the hours required for each audit engagement. The role covers product development from end to end, including gathering internal and external requirements, conducting competitive analysis, conceptualizing and prioritizing features, communicating specifications to engineers, managing delivery, and tracking launched features’ success metrics. The successful candidate will join an established Product team and make an immediate impact in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment. The role involves partnering across Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience; advancing work through bi-weekly sprints; shaping the quarterly roadmap; managing dependencies and releases; and measuring AI feature quality and business impact using evaluation frameworks and production metrics. Thoropass describes its workplace as collaborative and action-oriented, and offers a remote or hybrid work-from-home model.
