Product Manager – AI & Automation

Dolead•Cambridge, MA

About The Position

Dolead is hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of its AI and automation products and guide their evolution toward measurable user and business value. The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid arrangement connected to the Cambridge office. The Product Manager reports to the AI Tech Lead and collaborates with engineering, Product, Data, and business teams across Boston and Europe. The position contributes to three products: Vector, an AI-powered creative management platform for reviewing, approving, and publishing advertising creatives; Neural Box, an internal AI agent platform that connects models, data, and business tools to automate workflows; and Ads Insight, a competitive intelligence tool for analyzing advertising trends and competitor creatives. The role combines product management, user discovery, delivery, and adoption. The Product Manager leads research with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams; identifies workflow improvements; owns and prioritizes the roadmap; and turns user insights into actionable requirements and success metrics. They maintain the backlog, guide execution with engineering teams, coordinate dependencies and trade-offs, and use product analytics and performance data to improve products. The Product Manager also builds user relationships across the US and Europe, supports adoption through onboarding, demonstrations, training, and ongoing support, and communicates product progress and results to stakeholders and business leaders. They stay informed about AI developments and work with engineers to identify practical opportunities, emphasizing measurable outcomes over technology for its own sake. Initial priorities include increasing Vector adoption among large US accounts and branded advertising campaigns, streamlining creative approval workflows, developing adoption of Ads Insight, and improving the structure, visibility, and measurable goals of product planning and delivery. No coding background or deep technical AI expertise is required.
