About The Position

The Senior AI Product Manager will set strategy and lead researchers, engineers, and designers building agentic AI pipelines and orchestrations to automate Corporate and Investment Bank operations and workflows. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI development, and enterprise operational workflows, applying recent advances in agentic AI and large language models to transform bank operations at scale.

The position is responsible for developing product vision and strategy, discovering customer needs, maintaining the product roadmap and backlog, and defining success metrics. The Product Manager translates business and user needs into actionable requirements, owns roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents, leads cross-functional teams from idea through launch, and presents plans to company leaders to build alignment and buy-in.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• At least 2 years of experience in a company with a strong product management culture.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life-cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience leading technology teams from idea through alignment and execution.
• Familiarity with AI model architectures such as large language models, and methods such as prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, and agentic frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision that deliver value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build frameworks and track product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Identify how AI can affect top-line business metrics.
• Translate user and business needs into strategy and actionable requirements.
• Write and own roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Lead engineers, designers, analysts, and front-office business leads through technical and non-technical decisions from project inception through launch.
• Present plans, drive alignment, and secure buy-in from company leaders.
