Senior Product Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Senior Product Manager to join their revenue cycle management team. The role involves setting the strategy and leading the product roadmap to transform the way patients, providers, and payers interact with Alma for processing healthcare benefits and submitting claims. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of insurance eligibility and benefits data in the behavioral health care domain, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at agile methodologies. They should also have a track record of achieving impactful outcomes and be technically fluent in complex platform integration and workflow automation. Overall, the role focuses on driving operational efficiencies and delivering trusted and streamlined customer experiences.

• Develop a deep understanding of insurance eligibility and benefits data as it pertains to the behavioral health care domain
• Articulate a clear vision for Alma to drive operational efficiencies in the early part of the revenue cycle for Alma's insurance program to continue to scale
• Drive the roadmap and feature set priorities through data-driven considerations with your engineering squad to tackle the most impactful organizational challenges aligned to your domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional team and stakeholders to identify pain points and areas of opportunity
• Define, track, and analyze key metrics in your domain area along with operational and organizational KPIs aligned to your product space

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong desire to own a product strategy and roadmap
• Systems thinker with a track record for achieving impactful outcomes
• Clear and engaging communication style
• Able to build positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization
• Adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management
• Technically fluent and familiarity with complex platform integration and workflow automation, particularly in healthcare eligibility and benefits check
