Product Manager, Care Finding

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Product Manager to join their care finding team. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing tools and resources that empower providers to grow their practice through Alma. They will collaborate with engineering and cross-department stakeholders to solve challenging problems and build highly-scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a clear vision for Alma's role in supporting providers' practice growth and will possess strong communication skills, an experimentation mindset, and a passion for Alma's mission to improve the therapy experience and simplify access to care.

• Develop a deep understanding of providers' practice growth needs and articulate a clear vision for the role Alma plays in this experience.
• Collaborate with providers and the product analytics team to identify new opportunities to support providers and bring technology-enabled innovations to the platform.
• Drive execution of the product roadmap and set feature priorities through data-driven and customer-centric considerations that support strategic goals.
• Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Define, track, and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong desire to own a product strategy and roadmap
• Experience growing a marketplace platform
• Clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization
• Experimentation mindset, centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation
• Adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management
• Ability to balance quantitative data against intuition in product decision-making and successes
