Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Maven AGIBoston, MA
$175,000 - $225,000Hybrid

About The Position

Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform focused on unleashing business artificial general intelligence (AGI), starting with customer service. Founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google, and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support at scale. The platform unifies fragmented systems, integrates knowledge and personalization sources, and enables intelligent actions without costly system changes. The company is laying the foundation for a future where technology handles complex tasks, allowing people to focus on creative problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The initial focus is on reimagining the enterprise customer experience with a support use case, addressing the current broken support experience that is slow and painful for customers, and expensive and human capital intensive for companies. Maven aims to deliver better, cheaper support for both end users and agents, leveraging recent advancements in Generative AI to achieve this at a fraction of the current cost.

  • Fluency in technical building blocks including REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, and event streams.
  • Experience operating in both startup and scaled environments, understanding when to build in-house versus buy or partner.
  • Ability to extract requirements from customer conversations and translate them into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
  • A problem-solving mindset, focusing on deciding what to build and why.
  • Enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents, with a perspective on how integrations differ when the caller is an agent.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with technical teams, enterprise stakeholders, and GTM audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Making decisions on depth versus breadth tradeoffs for integrations (e.g., read-only vs. full read/write with custom object support).
  • Engaging with enterprise customers to understand their technology stacks and translate those needs into integration requirements for the engineering team.
  • Defining, testing, and ensuring the safety of actions taken by Maven's agents within customer systems at an enterprise scale.
  • Developing a partner ecosystem strategy, deciding which platforms warrant formal partnerships and how to approach marketplace listings on platforms like Salesforce AppExchange and Zendesk Marketplace.
  • Collaborating with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to leverage integration depth for enterprise wins.
