About The Position

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Enterprise team, which is developing specialized versions of Clio’s enterprise products for distinct legal domains. The team works across Vincent, Clio’s AI-powered legal intelligence platform, and Operate, its enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform. The role contributes to a growing product suite intended to support legal clients worldwide. The designer will help shape product direction and design AI-driven workflows for domains such as Finance, IP, Employment/Labour Law, and Insurance Defense. The role involves working with legal architects, subject-matter experts, and industry stakeholders; assessing how Operate capabilities and patterns can inform Vincent; and designing for both law firms and corporate or in-house counsel. The successful candidate will conduct research, use metrics to guide design decisions, contribute to design systems and critiques, and break complex legal concepts into manageable design problems. The role is open to candidates in Canada, excluding Quebec, and the United States, with a strong preference for East Coast candidates. Employees near Clio’s Toronto or NYC hubs are expected to work in the office at least twice weekly on designated Anchor Days. This is a new role.
