About The Position

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Enterprise team, which is developing specialized versions of Clio’s enterprise products for distinct legal domains. The team works across Vincent, Clio’s AI-powered legal intelligence platform, and Operate, its enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform. The role offers an opportunity to shape products in a growing enterprise division and contribute to workflows for legal clients worldwide. The designer will create AI-driven workflows for domains such as Finance, IP, Employment/Labour Law, and Insurance Defense. Working with legal architects, subject-matter experts, and industry stakeholders, the designer will validate that workflows and product outputs reflect practitioners’ needs. The role also involves helping define problems, priorities, and product direction; evaluating whether Operate capabilities and patterns should be adapted or rebuilt in Vincent; and designing for both law firms and corporate or in-house counsel. The position is open to candidates in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States, with a strong preference for East Coast candidates. Candidates near Clio’s Toronto or New York City hubs are expected to work in the office at least twice per week on designated Anchor Days. Clio describes its work environment as hybrid, with the same twice-weekly office expectation for local employees in specified hubs.
