Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Enterprise team, which is developing specialized versions of Clio’s enterprise products for distinct legal domains. The team’s offerings include Vincent, an AI-powered legal intelligence platform, and Operate, an enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform. The role contributes to the Enterprise division’s growth and to a product suite intended to support legal clients worldwide. The designer will create AI-driven workflows for legal domains such as Finance, IP, Employment/Labour Law, and Insurance Defense. The position involves translating domain-specific needs into product decisions, collaborating with legal architects and subject-matter experts, and taking early design leadership in problem definition, prioritization, and product direction. The designer will also assess whether Operate capabilities and patterns should be adapted or rebuilt for Vincent, design for corporate and in-house counsel as well as law firms, conduct user research, and use metrics to guide and assess design decisions. The role is available to candidates in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States, with a strong preference for candidates on the East Coast. Candidates near Clio’s Toronto or New York City hubs are expected to work in the office at least twice per week on designated Anchor Days. The broader hybrid-work policy also calls for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney to be in the office at least twice per week. Clio’s design organization works alongside Product Management and Engineering within Research and Development. Product designers research users’ needs and champion user experience as Clio works to transform how lawyers and their staff provide services. This is a new role.
