The designer will create specialized, AI-driven workflows for legal areas such as Finance, IP, Employment/Labour Law, and Insurance Defense. They will work with legal architects, subject-matter experts, and industry stakeholders to understand domain needs, guide product direction, and determine how existing Operate capabilities and patterns can be adapted for Vincent. The role also includes designing for corporate and in-house counsel, conducting research and usability testing, using metrics to inform design decisions, and contributing to design systems and critique. The position is open to candidates in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US, with a strong preference for East Coast candidates. Those near the Toronto or NYC hubs are expected to work in-office at least twice per week on designated Anchor Days. The posting also describes a hybrid work environment and a twice-weekly in-office expectation for local employees in several listed cities.
