About The Position

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Enterprise team and help shape specialized, AI-driven workflows for distinct legal domains. The role supports strategic initiatives to verticalize Clio’s enterprise products: Vincent, an AI-powered legal intelligence platform, and Operate, an enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform. The role contributes to a product suite intended to support legal clients’ growth worldwide. The designer will work with legal architects, subject-matter experts, legal-industry stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to define problems, set priorities, and guide product direction. They will evaluate existing Operate capabilities and design patterns for potential adaptation in Vincent, and design for both law-firm users and corporate or in-house counsel. The work includes research, prototyping, usability testing, metric-informed design decisions, and evolving patterns and systems for complex information architecture. The position is available to candidates in Canada excluding Quebec and the United States, with a preference for East Coast candidates. Local employees near the Toronto or New York City hubs are expected to work in the office at least twice weekly on designated Anchor Days. The posting describes a hybrid environment and lists Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney as locations where local employees are expected in the office at least twice per week.
