About The Position

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Enterprise team and help adapt enterprise products to specialized legal domains. The team works across Vincent, Clio’s AI-powered legal intelligence platform, and Operate, its enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform. The role will help shape a growing product suite for legal clients worldwide. The designer will create specialized, AI-driven workflows for domains including Finance, IP, Employment/Labour Law, and Insurance Defense. They will partner with legal architects, subject-matter experts, and industry stakeholders to validate domain-specific workflows and outputs, while helping define problems, priorities, and product direction. The role also involves evaluating Operate capabilities and patterns for adaptation into Vincent, designing for corporate and in-house counsel as well as law firms, conducting research and usability testing, using metrics to assess success, and contributing to design critiques and scalable design systems. The position is open to candidates in Canada, excluding Quebec, and the United States, with a strong preference for East Coast candidates. Candidates near the Toronto or NYC hub are expected to work in the office at least twice weekly on designated Anchor Days. Clio describes its broader work environment as hybrid, with local employees in specified hub cities expected in the office a minimum of twice per week.
